Oh goodness! This is kind of crazy but in a cool way. I used aupair.com. I got really lucky because the lady I worked for has her own nanny business an she was very laid back and cool! If you want to know more you’ll need to tell me who you are though about that. But nannying in general I can answer questions you might have because I’ve seen her deal with a lot of families and nannies with her business.
